TARAL Turbo Mistblowers spray the liquid astiny droplets carried by air under high pressure from nozzles surrounding the fan. The kind of mistblower is effective in spraying 15 meter high trees, orchards, vineyards and agricultural areas such as beet, cotton, tobacco and hop fields. Two rows of trees can be sprayed at the same time. Activated by the tractor power takeoff and connection shaft, the sprayer pump conveys the liquid to adjustable nozzles around the fan.  

The nozzles around the fan have double outlets, one being stationary and the other stream adjusted. it is possible to change to the right-left spraying direction by distributor valve on remote control system and to the pressure by regulator adjustment. There are models with 400 and 600 liter tank capacities mounted from the three points linkage to the tractor Hydraulic Arms. 1200, 1600 and 2000 liter types are trailer driven by a tractor.

All Turbo Mistblowers are equipped with  3 or 4 pistons, high pressure hydraulic diaphragm TARAL pumps and fiberglass or Polyethylene sprayer tank.

Propeller on fan system has been getting a motion from the 2 speed gradual reductor. Besides, there are also economic types which get a motion from one speed gradual belt-pulley.

The tanks of Turbo Atomizers are manufactured by fiberglass or polyethylene materials. All sections which is in a contact with chemical matter are made of brass and rustproof or plastic material which is durable against corrosion. PITON model medium pressure atomizers are convenient for spraying to the vineyard-garden and medium height trees. Chemical and hand washing tank in these models are made of polyethylene material.

• They have to the proper filtering system which supplies to regular spraying by preventing to the blockages. There are cartridge filters on tank output and prior to nozzle entry. Besides, there are also strainer on tank inlet.

• There is hydraulic agitator system which supplies to the Homogeneous chemical liquid-water mixture.

• They have to the ejector system which fills to the tank by pumping to the water from inside of well or canal with sucking hose.

• Protecting cage of air fan up to CE standards,

• There are air directing metal sheets on TARAL turbo atomizer fans for the proper air distribution.

Adjustable axle on chassis of Türbo towable type atomizers enables to make machine higher than ground and adjust to the wheel width. Making to these adjusments heads to the machine when it gets into the tall plants or in narrow areas.

There is a distributor valve system that operator will be able to command on tractor.
